Carara National Park Tour will take you into a unique ecosystem where you may see species of both, the dry tropical forest and the humid rainforest.
The hiking is easily done as it has universal access, and a lot of the walk can be made in a very even paved trail. You may be able to see
Two and three-toed sloths, Agouti Paca, Armadillo, Collared Peccaries, White-tailed Deer, Poison-arrow Frogs, and howler and capuchin monkeys.
The birdwatching is quite remarkable; you may watch the fantastic scarlet macaws, the Collared and the Fiery-billed Aracari, Great Tinamou, Chestnut-backed Antbird, Black-hooded Antshrike, Turkey vulture, Long-billed Gnatwren, Keel-billed Toucan, and by the water, the gorgeous Anhinga, Tiger-herons, Jacanas, Pied-billed Grebes, and Boat-billed Herons.
